Work

PillPack - An Amazon Company

Collaborating with the folks over at PillPack, Jamtron, and Gradient Films is like working with family. Over the years we have developed a great working relationship that transfers into our work. This particular spot was shot at Red Sky Studios and SRG handled the lighting. We used Chroma Q LED space lights overhead and a ARRI T12, Tungsten source, as our key through some magic cloth. On the reverse shots, from within the pharmacy, we used Litemat 2L+ units for their output and low profile form. Overall this production was a blast and I think it shows in the edit.

MIKE PECCI FILM “WHO’S THERE”

Over the years we have collaborated with Mike on commercial work for BOSE and Sam Adams but when he reaches out to do a horror film we drop everything. Mike Pecci is truly “in love with the process”. Collaborating with Mike and DP David Kruta, we were able to shoot a terrifying film in a stylized way. We used a variety of fixtures for this project and mostly lived on a Chapman Peewee IV dolly with a 4’ Slider. SRG provided a lighting package which consisted of Skypanel's, Litemats, Astera Titan Tubes, some homemade fire fixtures, and all the G+E support the production needed.

This project is currently getting sold as a full feature so we only have the trailer to show off.

TOM VS. TIME

SRG was fortunate enough to collaborate with Religion of Sports and the great Gotham Chopra on lighting their Facebook show “Tom vs. Time”. The show followed all time great, Tom Brady, during his 2018 season as a New England Patriot. The guys over at ShadowLion played a huge part in organizing these shoots and giving us what we needed to make things look good.

We keyed the interviews with a Skypanel s60 through a 12x12 magic with a fabric grid. The eye light was a Litemat 4, which we rigged over camera, and the edge was a Litemat 2L+ with a grid and full diffusion.
